Dear Reader,
This issue contains some of the more-than-eleven-hundred papers
presented at the 17th IPVS that was held in Ames Iowa. Obviously,
the choice was difficult.
The major interests in the PMWS/PCV2 field are for an inescapable
geographic spread of the disease, for PCV2-related reproductive
disorders rare but questioning and also for the protective
effect of Maternally Derived Antibodies.
Concerning respiratory diseases, H1N2 serotypes have been
hitting the USA and many different aspects of the efficacy
of M. hyo vaccines are described.
We hope you'll find this good to read on the beach. Take care
